Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT), long-established and possessing high recognition for its educational quality for over 30 years under the name Rajamangala Institute of Technology (RIT) with its campuses found nationwide which consists of nine Rajamangala Universities of Technology, its original main campus (RMUTT) sits on an area of 750-rai on Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road, Tambon Klong Hok, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani province was one university called Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT). RMUTT still maintains its original focus on quality teaching and instruction in science and technology and aims for high recognition from industry and organizations for its qualified graduates. They are prepared and possess the needed knowledge and practical skills. RMUTT has 10 Faculties and one college, responsible for offering four educational programs in various disciplines: diploma programs in vocational education, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and Doctor's Degree programs. Under the Institute of Technology and Vocational Education Act 1975, the Institute of Technology and Vocational Education (ITVE) was founded on 27 February 1975 as a department under the Ministry of Education. It took the critical roles of a tertiary education Institute in offering educational programs, undertaking research, providing academic services to the community, and nourishing the national arts and culture. Later, the Institute modestly requested a grant from His Majesty the King and in using His Majesty's name or a chosen name in the renaming of the Institute. Thus, the name Rajamangala Institute of Technology (RIT) was granted on 15 September, the day that was later to be named as Rajamangala Day – the day on which all personnel gathers together to express their high respect and gratitude to His Majesty the King at its main campus at Tambon Klong Hok, Klong Luang District, Pathum Thani, Province. The Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (abbreviated as RMUTSV) pays great attention to the management of higher education, particularly in science and technology and services. The main aim is to produce graduates who have both the professional ability to manage a career and are highly aware of society and the nation's practical ethics. Additionally, a policy we focus on is concentrating on the development of teaching and learning, research, community service, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and staff development to keep pace with globalization to complete the university's vision. On January 8, 2005, on the 9th day of 2 lunar months, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej (ninth reign) signed the "Rajamangala University of Technology Act." The law announced in the Royal Gazette ten days later before coming into effect on January 18, 2005, combines all nine Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT) located all over Thailand namely, RMUT Thanyaburi, RMUT Krungthep, RMUT Tawan-ok, RMUT Phra Nakhon, RMUT Rattanakosin, RMUT Lanna, RMUT Isarn, RMUT Suvarnabhumi and RMUT Srivijaya. The main aim of decentralization to all regions in Thailand is to foster independence and flexibility, so they handle their affairs under the university council. Apart from this, another intention is to turn these nine universities into science and technology universities offering advanced vocational training in undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. levels to facilitate vocational students and to provide educational opportunities to those who graduated from community colleges. All nine RMUT have been under the Office of Commission on Higher Education (OCHE) supervision, Ministry of Education. The Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) is one of the universities in Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT). RMUTSV is located in the south of Thailand. The university is made up of three provincial areas, including five campuses, namely Songkhla Campus, Nakhon Si Thammarat (Thung Yai) Campus, Nakhon Si Thammarat (Sai Yai) Campus, Nakhon Si Thammarat (Khanom) Campus, and Trang Campus. RMUTSV offers education at the high vocational and graduate level in eleven faculties, three colleges, two institutes, one research center, and one Aquarium museum such as the faculties of Business Administration, Agriculture, Liberal Arts, Management Technology Science and Technology, Agro-industry, Engineering, Architecture, Science and Fisheries, Technology Veterinary Medicine, College of Industrial Technology and Management and Rattaphum College, College of Hospitality and Tourism, and Rajamangala Aquarium Trang. Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR) was established in 2005 as one of nine universities named Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT). The creation of these universities reflects the national education act’s intent to empower the state’s higher learning institutions to enjoy more liberty in administering education under the Commission of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education. Thus, these newly created universities are enabled to assert excellence in their academic and administrative development independently. They manage higher vocational education based on high standard science and technology to develop human capacity through academic and technological input with a practical approach. Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin (RMUTR) is a governmental university, providing science and technology education under the Office of the Higher Education Commission, Ministry of Education. RMUTR is operated under the operation of the University Council and followed the university’s missions, which are producing the quality graduate in arts and sciences for being the SMART Entrepreneur conducting research and creating inventions, innovations and valuable creations to meet the community and society’s demand providing and being the center of academic services to meet the local community’s demand preserving and reviving art and culture, environment and local wisdom administration and management for developing to be the quality university developing the personnel to be professional and increasing the capability to the international competition. RMUTP was established on 27 February 1975 when the "Vocational Education and Technology College" Act was announced in the Royal Gazette and came into force. The Act aimed to create vocational teachers with a bachelor's degree to teach vocational education at vocational, undergraduate, and advanced vocational certificate levels. The Act also intended to promote vocational research activities and provide technical services to the communities. Over the years, the Vocational Education and Technology College had developed its teaching techniques, produced quality graduates, and provided excellent services to society. It was not until 15 September 1988 when HM the King granted a new name to the college, known as the "Rajamangala Institute of Technology." With the National Education Act, B.E. 2542 aimed to decentralize management in education institutes to make them more independent and flexible to handle their affairs under the university council, Rajamangala Institute of Technology subsequently amended the law governing the institution at that time before enacting it as the "Rajamangala University of Technology Act," which HM the King signed. The law, announced in the Royal Gazette ten days later before coming into effect, combines all campuses nationwide into nine the Rajamangala University of Technology namely, RMUT Thanyaburi, RMUT Krungthep, RMUT Tawan-ok, RMUT Phra Nakhon, RMUT Rattanakosin, RMUT Lanna, RMUT Srivijaya, RMUT Suvarnabhumi and RMUT Isarn. The intention is to turn these nine universities into science and technology universities offering advanced vocational training in undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. levels to accommodate vocational students and provide educational opportunities to those who graduated from community colleges. The integration is aimed to provide an opportunity for students to continue vocational study at the undergraduate level. All nine RMUT have been under the Office of Higher Education Commission's supervision, Ministry of Education. About RMUT Phra Nakhon or RMUTP, the university comprises five campuses, namely, Thewes Campus, Chotiwet Campus, Bangkok Commercial Campus, Chumporn Khet Udom Sak Campus, and North Bangkok Campus. RMUTP offers Industrial Education, Home Economics Technology, Mass Communication Technology, Business Administration, Science and Technology, Engineering, Applied Arts, Architecture and Design and Textile Industry and Fashion Design at advanced vocational certificate level and undergraduate level. RMUTP also offers Business Administration, Industrial Education, and Home Economics Technology at the graduate level. At present, RMUTP has more than 13,000 students. Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) is Thailand's leading University in the field of vocational learning. The University develops students of international quality, capable of using scientific and technological concepts in their professions. It accomplishes this through a hands-on learning system. "The Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna," in 1975 named "Technology and Vocational college," was an educational institute in vocational Department, Ministry of Education.
