- Our school is situated in the rural village of Pontrhydfendigaid, near Tregaron in the county of Ceredigion, and serves the village and the surrounding area. The school admits pupils on a full-time basis to the reception class in the term following their fourth birthday. The school is designated as a Welsh-medium school under the Education Authority's language policy. This means that Welsh is the main medium of the life and work of the school and seeks to ensure that pupils are fully bilingual by the time they transfer to the secondary sector.
