Our Business School – FBS – forms part of a non-profit foundation that involves more than 260 businesses working towards and rewarding good practice in generating employment. We partner with employment training and networking events to improve over 1,200 attendees' employment prospects at these events annually. We also organize and sponsor various sports activities such as the Women's Race and the Fundesem Basket School, which has free training and participation for teams in our city's socially deprived areas. Adapted to the demands of a continually evolving market, committed to learning through the Case Study Method and the effort culture. With this complimentary training, we intend to give the student a global, complete, and rich vision of the program they are studying and encourage the continuing education and ongoing professional training of alumni. During the MBA teaching program, the student will create a Business Plan in which will be applied the knowledge learned through practice. This project can be materialized to create his own business if he so wishes after the program. The student will have the full support and assistance from their tutor to help with the business plan's execution and who will guide to its completion. The awarding of the Master's degree is dependent upon the approval of this Business Plan by the corresponding examination board. The faculty of the Business School is made up of first-class professionals from the business world, with extensive experience in their professional fields, as well as lecturing, modulating, research, and consulting. The faculty of the Business School members have experience in managerial positions of national and multinational companies as well as their pedagogical preparation, which enables them to deliver the business subjects in which they are authorities.
