      1. The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) is the oldest private non-profit higher education institution offering degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Humanities, Science, Communication Arts, Engineering, and Law. It is a place where academic theories and business experiences are integrated to produce graduates who can successfully meet today's business challenges. The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce has always played a significant role in grooming talented students that will help shape the economy of our country. The world economy has geared towards globalization at a tremendous speed. In order to realize our vision of being one of the leading universities in education for business in Asia, UTCC's missions emphasize producing graduates with academic and business abilities and ethics having faculty members, staff, and students with outstanding abilities in English, information technology, and business and being the reliable source of academic services in the area of business for the society. Since its foundation, the University has maintained its close relationship and cooperation with the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Many of our part-time lecturers are successful and outstanding businessmen and executives with invaluable knowledge and experiences. In the highly competitive and rapidly changing environment, our curriculums are incessantly improved and developed; furthermore, new curriculums such as Logistics Management and Global MBA are offered to meet the new economy's demands. At the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, we are a community of faculty, staff, and students inspired by the tradition of business education and entrepreneurial spirits. Our faculty and staff are working tirelessly to provide our students with exceptional services and guide them to become extraordinary persons to serve society and fulfill their potential as great leaders and successful entrepreneurs who contribute to transforming the state of the business society. At UTCC, we are motivated by a desire to be a think tank of the country and ASEAN to provide excellent insights in business outlook and research to support the business community to make prudent decisions in their businesses and investments. With a new era of economic integration, we aim to become a center for business education in ASEAN and welcome students from all over the world to join our UTCC community. In this community, great leaders are created and inspired to serve the world. Understandably, as we entered this era of dynamic development, we have to spearhead a restructuring program that will elevate the university standard and be recognized as a leading university in business education in Asia. Globalization, along with communication technology, has brought the world closer than ever before. Motivated by internationalization forces, our trade, industries, businesses, and management now require a labor force equipped with higher specialized skills. The diffusion of innovation in trade means that our students must understand more about foreign cultures, customs, religions, languages, and ideas to be ready for the real business world. It is therefore vital that we foster an international environment within our University. UTCC is ready to welcome all of you with a promise of delivering an extraordinary experience and a touch of Thai hospitality. At the dawn of global economic recovery, businesses are striving to get back on their feet and increase their competitiveness while competition at all levels intensifies. Globalization and new technologies have narrowed the whole world down to one mouse click or a complex optical fiber network to transfer digital data. They transcend all physical boundaries that once posed as challenges for those seeking to expand and shield those in need of protection. Today, such boundaries have ceased to exist. Modern and advanced technology enabling e-commerce, e-business, and e-transactions have enhanced well-established companies to expand beyond their national territories, threatening the survival of local businesses that are 'less prepared.' Global markets and competition are now inevitable, if not already at our doorstep. Therefore, managers and businesses of all levels and sizes must equip themselves with relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to put up such challenges and even take advantage of the situation. With our expansive network with businesses worldwide and close link with the Thai Chamber of Commerce, UTCC is well-equipped with all means necessary to provide education and training that gives business professionals, local and foreign, precisely what they need to make their companies expand internationally. Thus, with our cutting-edge teaching approach, students are guaranteed the knowledge, skills, and experience that will make them versatile professionals ready to take on any business challenge worldwide. This is why we are among the best start options for those eager to become successful business professionals.
