Welcome Private University College of Teacher Education Augustinum (PPH Augustinum) The PPH Augustinum is the private educational university in Styria. It offers an innovative and value-oriented teacher education at a high level and with a distinctive atmosphere. Our program includes study and training courses in education and training for the teaching profession and other pedagogical occupational fields. At the PPH Augustinum, the formation of teachers and educators for other professions based on a Christian human, world, and divine image, according to the current scientific standards of teacher education and in a lively discourse between pedagogy, theology, and the other relevant disciplines. It should be a place of teaching and learning with "highest demand with the highest respect" (AS Makarenko) and a "living space in which the spirit of freedom and love of the Gospel is alive" (II Vat.)
