In 1992 as a group of concerned parents, driven by an urgent concern for the futures of our children, we started a school where children could grow in knowledge and stature within a wholesome and Godly environment.
We started with 16 students and we've since grown to just over 150 students, ranging from Grade R to Grade 12. We operate as a ministry wing of Spirit life Ministries and serve parents and children of all denominations. We provide education to all students, not discriminating based on race, color, national or ethnic origin. We adhere to the Statement of Faith of the Spirit life Christian Church.
The school is established on the church grounds situated within the old Klipriver nature reserve on sixty acres of natural parkland and river frontage. We are equipped with an Outdoor Amphitheatre, Volleyball Field, Netball/Soccer field, and Mini - Olympic size poo. We have an Adventure Centre geared with Climbing, Abseiling, obstacle courses, and team-building. We also have tuck shop facilities. We also offer daycare facilities.
We are registered with the Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) since 1992 and meets all its Governance, Curriculum Standards, Infrastructure, Health, and Safety requirements. Academic Teachers are registered with the South African Council of Educators (SACE). Outdoor adventure promotes active learning through direct experience and develops leadership, risk-taking, and problem-solving skills.

3RCA will take students into the wilderness for these experiences, expeditions, and campouts Their intellectual, physical, spiritual, social, and moral development will be challenged, resulting in personal growth and social awareness that develops skills for life and the world of work. We will endeavor to build self-confidence and self-esteem --- fundamental to any young person’s development.
Little Saints Nursery School operates as the feeder school for 3 Rivers Christian Academy. It was established in 1997 on the school’s grounds and today it boasts beautiful classroom and playground facilities tucked away in the greens surrounding the Klip River.
Little Saints serves parents and children of all denominations, not discriminating based on race, color, national or ethnic origin. Our teachers love the Lord, and lavish their love and attention on the children, providing a safe, Godly and disciplined environment for them to flourish in their relationships and grow in self-esteem.
The main emphasis at 3 Rivers Christian Academy is to motivate the students to achieve their highest potential in both the spiritual and academic fields. To accomplish this, several incentive programs have been implemented and serve as motivational factors in the student’s school day.
Parent orientation and conferences promote a good understanding between parents or guardians and the faculty/administration of this school. Every parent is required to participate in these informative and helpful programs.
Any lack of parental involvement of the above might jeopardize the re-enrolment of the student. Another area of parental involvement that is vital for the progress of the child is in the modeling of character traits. Students will learn more about each of the character traits listed in the policies’ file at each level as they progress through the curriculum. As the parents display and model these same character traits in their homes as an example to their children, they will reinforce what their children are being taught at school.
