Al-Khozama International School, Dammam is a premier English medium educational institution in the region following the syllabus prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Established in April 2004, the school has a strength of approximately 1200 students and around 125 teaching/non-teaching staff.
The School got CBSE affiliation in the year 2007 for starting classes till standard X. Other than the National Curriculum, the School has officially started CBSE Curriculum for Grades 1 & 2 from the year 2010.
It is one among the chain of schools run by Peevees Group of Schools, KSA – the other being Al-Wurood International School, Jeddah. Al-Khozama International School has had a 'unique right' since its conception. The strong base, which the founders set, is still the lifeline of the school. Built on ideals and cemented with a deep sense of values, Khozama has been the training front for many students who have been sensitized to be concerned about the needs of society and made aware of their responsibilities and roles in life. The school has always been considered a pacesetter, one that has courageously tried out innovations and progressive methods with success.
As a part of progressive learning reforms, the school introduced XSEED from discovery, New Delhi from the year 2011. XSEED caters to fun-filled experiential learning based on the multiple intelligences theory. The school became the first to set up Interactive whiteboards (Smart Boards) along with Pearson's Edurite Content software for the middle and senior classes.
The school started "Robotics" from Think Labs, IIT – Mumbai from the Academic year 2012-13 to motivate, excite and inspire children about science and technology.

Al-Khozama school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and has classes from Pre-School to Class X. The school management plans to add additional higher classes progressively till class XII.
The school offers a curriculum designed and developed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi, and prepares students for the All India Secondary Schools Examination (at the end of Grade 10) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (at the end of Grade 12) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, India.
The curriculum is designed to ensure the all-around development of each student. A child-centric approach is utilized that promotes structured play, practical applications of knowledge and skills, and regular school trips which stresses the importance of experimenting and experiencing to develop the child's total personality.
The school also started the XSEED Education, which is an educational approach in India, developed by discovery, India. It is a complete academic solution for schools. It raises student performance and builds quality in teaching inside classrooms. 95% of schools have acknowledged an improvement in academics. The XSEED 5-step experiential learning approach was designed in 2007 after over five years of research by alumni from Harvard, Cambridge, MIT, and IIM Ahmedabad. The Xseed education approach was specially developed to match the existing syllabus of various boards, including the CBSE and ICSE education boards of India. This enables children to learn through experimentation, questioning, and application. XSEED has an innovative teaching improvement system that integrates structured curriculum, professional development, and ongoing assessment into a practical toolkit for teachers.
