    Senior Years teams compete in Zone 13 of the Manitoba High School Association and SCS is classified as a "AAA" school. Senior Years students generally field teams in golf, cross-country running, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and track, and field. The Middle Years (grade 7 & ? teams compete in the Hanover School Division Athletics Association. Middle Years students generally field teams in cross-country running, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and track and field.

    The SCS music program has varied offerings for students wishing to participate in the musical arts. All choirs and bands meet twice a week to rehearse within the school timetable. The SCS choral program begins in Kindergarten with basic vocal awareness and develops into a full-fledged singing experience from grade 5 through grade 12. Participation in an award-winning chamber choir is also available to grade 9-12 students who audition successfully. SCS choir and band ensembles participate in various local music festivals, as well as the SCS Christmas and Spring Concerts.
