The team works with a wide range of internal and external customers within the UK.     About the job ​Country Communications Manager is responsible for development and execution of internal and external strategic communications plan to enhance Sanofi’s corporate reputation, support the business priorities, as well as drive employee engagement in Sanofi Thailand. This role works in close collaboration with Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore (TMS) Communications Team and TMS Leadership Team to ensure “one voice” effective communications through various communications channels and alignment with business roadmap and priorities. Main responsibilities: Internal Communications (including Employee Engagement & Executive Communications) Responsible for corporate internal communications strategy, execution and reviews. Implement impactful internal communications programs/activities to increase understanding of the company’s strategic priorities/objectives in a timely manner. Drive consistent internal storytelling & related communications projects to promote Play to Win behaviors e.g. health and well-being projects, DE&I, EVP, Sanofi Cup, WeVolunteer and related initiatives. Ensures that the Country Lead & respective GMs communicate and connect with employees regularly, with appropriate key messages and materials, and in a timely manner. Works collaboratively with other departments for various parts of this role – culture shaping, reward & recognition, awareness campaigns (co-create or facilitate), etc. Ensures that the right communication channels are used for maximum impact. Be able to manage projects on their own with less supervision International background with experience in multicultural work environment Experience in creating engaging and innovative communications – from strategy through implementation, platforms, tools, etc. Relevant years of demonstrated internal and external communications experiences in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry and regional exposure is would be a plus in this role.
