Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Controlling & Reporting Team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial reporting, controlling, and analysis activities while collaborating with local stakeholders as well as Regional and Global Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of periodic financial and management reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
• Assist in financial controlling and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders across different functions to gather, validate, and interpret financial information.
• Coordinate with Regional and Global Finance teams on reporting requirements and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting efficiency enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business insights.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, management reports, and analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
