- Assist in transforming finance functions by identifying opportunities to apply automation and AI, redesigning financial processes and reporting structures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and control.
- Ensure engagements, including the use of AI-enabled tools, are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies, professional standards and local legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of key financial accounting principles under IFRS and apply this knowledge, professional scepticism and sound judgement when reviewing technology-enabled outputs in practical client scenarios.
Skills and attributes for success:
- A proactive and structured working style, with attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality deliverables and a responsible approach to using AI-enabled tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- A desire to continuously build technical and digital expertise, stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and support the development of more junior team members.
- Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quo, combining innovative thinking, practical solutions and human judgement to create value with technology.
What We Look For
- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, audit, or industry roles related to finance and accounting.
