Assistant Director, Global Managed Services

Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As an Assistant Director within the Global Managed Services Finance team, you will support strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven insights and advanced business analysis. Working closely with Global Managed Services leadership and Finance teams, you will help deliver best-in-class analytical support, develop innovative reporting solutions, and transform complex data into meaningful business insights. The ability to work with large datasets, tell compelling stories through data, and solve complex business challenges will be key to your success.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for financial and business analysis, supporting Global Managed Services leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong and effective relationships with Finance teams and business leaders across the organization.
• Support traditional performance management processes while contributing to the development of next-generation reporting frameworks.
• Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive performance reporting and financial analyses related to Managed Services initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide clear visibility into business performance and key drivers.
• Deliver ad hoc financial modelling and analytical support for strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate across EY Service Lines, Markets, Super Regions, and Finance functions to deliver a consistent and accurate view of Global Managed Services performance.
• Support and oversee short- and medium-term forecasting activities.
• Leverage opportunity and engagement data to identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting tools, data quality, processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Take ownership of issue resolution and stakeholder support, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with EY financial policies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.

• A global mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and virtual teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present complex financial information in a simple and understandable way.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional finance or accounting certifications will be considered an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, business analysis, performance management, or related areas, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience developing reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and management dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel.
