Manufacturing Portfolio Lead - Application Management Services (AMS) - Philadelphia, PA | TCS Job

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Own end-to-end AMS delivery across the manufacturing application lifecycle, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence across L1, L2, and L3 support tiers.

•Manage portfolio health across SAP ERP/ECC (O2C, R2R, P2P, PP/QM) and shop-floor/MES systems — Apriso, Datasweep, Wonderware, and OwiWeb — including incident, problem, and change management.

•Own delivery for CAD/PLM and engineering tooling — Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Solidworks, Altium Designer, PADS, and EPLAN Harness — covering product data, engineering change, and integration touchpoints with ERP and shop-floor systems.

•Support quality and metrology systems central to regulated manufacturing — ZEISS Calypso CMM, ABERLINK, ETQ (QMS), and electronic Device History Record (eDHR) platforms.

•Oversee environmental monitoring systems (Vaisala ViewLinc, Hanwell EMS) supporting sterile/controlled manufacturing environments.

•Drive continuous service improvement through automation, AIOps-led monitoring, and proactive problem management to reduce incident volume and recurring issues, using ServiceNow ITSM as the system of record.

•Lead a team of application managers and functional/technical SMEs aligned to each stage of the lifecycle (ERP, MES, CAD/PLM, quality); manage staffing, capacity planning, and skill development across the portfolio.

•Serve as the primary delivery escalation point for the manufacturing business and IT stakeholders; run governance cadences (service reviews, steering committees, CAB).

•Own portfolio-level reporting: SLA/KPI dashboards, root cause trends, ticket volume analysis, and productivity/cost metrics for leadership and client review.

•Partner with transition and knowledge management teams during onboarding of new applications, scope changes, or portfolio expansions.

•Identify and lead value-add initiatives — automation, self-healing, knowledge base maturity — that improve efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership.

•Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality frameworks applicable to the manufacturing/medtech environment (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, change control, audit readiness).

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
