Roles & Responsibilities
Operations:
•Provide resolutions to Incidents and Service requests for storage infrastructure.
•Investigate and resolve storage incidents and service disruptions.
•Perform RCA and implement corrective steps in production environment
•Support maintenance activities, upgrades, migrations, and storage refresh projects.
•Participate in on-call and escalation support rotations.
Administration:
•Manage storage resources including volumes, LUNs, file systems, and shares.
•Configure and maintain SAN and NAS environments.
•Manage storage replication, snapshots and cloning.
•Monitor storage health, performance, and availability.
•Analyze storage performance metrics to eliminate any bottlenecks.
•Administer enterprise backup and recovery solutions.
Engineering:
•Design and implement storage solutions for new applications and services.
•Support datacenter expansions and periodic hardware refreshes.
•Develop and maintain storage standards, procedures, and documentation.
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
•Good customer facing communication skills and Team skills
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
