Roles & Responsibilities
Platform Administration:
•Serve as the primary technical SME for the NinjaOne platform.
•Design, configure, maintain, and optimize NinjaOne deployments.
•Manage tenancy, policies, organizations, roles/ permissions, and security options.
•Maintain platform health, performance, and operational effectiveness.
•Platform governance.
Endpoint Management:
•Manage endpoint monitoring across Windows & Linux environments.
•Configure and maintain endpoint monitoring policies, health checks, and alerts.
•Oversee endpoint inventory management and asset tracking.
•Ensure endpoint compliance and operational readiness.
Patch Management
•Design and manage enterprise patching strategies.
•Configure patch approval workflows and deployment schedules.
•Monitor patch compliance and remediation effectiveness.
•Generate reports on patch status, vulnerabilities, and compliance metrics.
•Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and endpoint issues.
Software Deployment & Automation
•Create and maintain software deployment packages.
•Develop automated deployment workflows and remediation scripts.
•Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
Security & Compliance
•Integrate NinjaOne with endpoint security and vulnerability managemen t solutions.
•Support security compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
•Develop monitoring and alerting strategies for security events.
•Ensure alignment with corporate security standards and policies.
Reporting & Analytics
•Develop executive and operational dashboards.
•Create custom reports for all modules
•Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
•Good customer facing communication skills and Team skills
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
