Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relat-ed field.

•10+ years of SAP implementation, transformation, or deployment experience, including multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations or major rollout programs.

•Significant SAP S/4HANA leadership experience across Innovate-to-Offer and Integrated Supply Chain processes.

•Strong functional understanding of product engineering, PLM, Engineering Change Management, engineer-ing records, material and product master governance, EBOM/MBOM, routings, production versions, revi-sion, and effectivity management.

•Broad Integrated Supply Chain experience covering procurement, supplier management, planning, manu-facturing, quality, plant maintenance/EAM, inventory, warehouse/EWM, logistics, transportation, compli-ance, and intercompany processes.

•Experience operating within a Global Template, regional deployment, and local business implementation model, including fit-to-standard validation and local-deviation governance.

•Demonstrated leadership of integrated SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover validation, smoke testing, go-live, command center, hypercare, and stabilization.

•Strong understanding of data migration, integrations, security, infrastructure, reporting, business readi-ness, organizational change, and operational-support dependencies.

•Experience leading multiple functional workstreams and coordinating client, system-integrator, onshore, offshore, vendor, business SME, and site teams.

•Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, planning, facilitation, risk management, is-sue resolution, and decision-making skills; willingness to provide concentrated onshore leadership during testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Own the integrated ITO and ISC deployment strategy, plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness status for the local rollout.

•Partner closely with the Global Build Lead to translate the approved Global Template, release roadmap, design decisions, and dependencies into an executable local deployment.

•Lead functional Deployment Managers and integrate engineering, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, inventory, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and related workstreams.

•Establish common governance, delivery expectations, acceptance criteria, reporting cadence, RAID management, escalation routes, and executive status reporting.

•Lead local fit-to-standard validation, identify justified legal, regulatory, operational, customer, plant, ware-house, reporting, control, and business-continuity deviations, and ensure formal governance and tracea-bility.

•Ensure approved requirements are reflected in co nfiguration, integrations, reports, data mappings, securi-ty roles, localized test scenarios, training, and cutover plans without compromising template integrity.

•Coordinate local data readiness, cleansing, enrichment, mapping, mock conversions, reconciliation, re-mediation, validation, reload, and business sign-off across ITO and ISC data domains.

•Provide integrated leadership for SIT, UAT, regression, cutover validation, smoke testing, and production validation, including localized scripts for deviations, data, integrations, controls, and site requirements.

•Establish defect governance, monitor severity, aging, trends, blocked scripts, closure rates, workarounds, and residual risk, and drive cross-functional root-cause resolution and retesting.

•Coordinate business and operational readiness across processes, data, integrations, security, reports, in-frastructure, training, change management, support, site operations, and contingency planning.

•Own the integrated ITO and ISC cutover plan and runbook, including transaction freezes, conversion, transports, security activation, integration changes, operational preparation, validation checkpoints, re-sources, and decision points.

•Lead mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, readiness reviews, governance gates, and ITO/ISC input to the final go/no-go decision.

•Lead the ITO and ISC command-center organization during production deployment, prioritizing issues based on safety, compliance, customer, manufacturing, supply, inventory, quality, financial, and opera-tional impact.

•Drive hypercare stabilization, monitor process performance and operational KPIs, define exit criteria, and transition documentation, knowledge, open items, and ownership to steady-state support.

•Provide consolidated readiness recommendations, residual-risk reporting, lessons learned, and improve-ment actions for subsequent deployment waves.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
