SAP S/4HANA L2C Deployment Lead - Charlotte, NC | TCS Job

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

•15+ years of SAP consulting, functional leadership, transformation, implementation, or deployment expe-rience.

•Multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or major deployment rollouts with significant Lead-to-Cash scope.

•Strong hands-on and leadership expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and ad-vanced Available-to-Promise.

•Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BRIM SOM, Convergent Invoicing, subscription lifecycle, and FI-CA inte-gration.

•Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Project Systems, including project execution, Results Analysis, Settle-ment, and FI/CO integration.

•Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Service Management, including contracts, orders, repair, warranty, in-stalled base, and service billing.

•Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, FSCM Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.

•Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceMax, CPQ, PROS, banking, tax, revenue, and external platforms.

•Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Subscription-to-Cash, Service-to-Cash, Project-to-Cash, and Billing-to-Cash processes.

•Experience leading functional deployment managers and coordinating distributed global and local teams.

•Experience with Global Template extension, local deviation governance, data migration, integrated test-ing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

•Strong business acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, decision-making, issue-escalation, and influence-without-authority skills; willingness to provide concen-trated support during testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Lead the local extension and deployment of the approved SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash Global Template and own the overall L2C deployment outcome.

•Provide integrated leadership across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, aATP, BRIM SOM and Conver-gent Invoicing, Project Systems, Service Management, AR, Cash Application, and FSCM.

•Partner with Global L2C and functional leads to explain template standards, validate local fit-to-standard requirements, and govern approved deviations.

•Integrate workstream plans into one executable deployment plan with clear dependencies, milestones, critical paths, readiness gates, decisions, and recovery actions.

•Establish deployment governance, operating cadence, decision rights, accountability, RAID management, escalation paths, acceptance criteria, and executive status reporting.

•Own the end-to-end integration view across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Service Cloud, ServiceMax, CPQ, PROS, BRIM, banking, tax, revenue, reporting, and other external platforms.

•Coordinate source-of-record decisions, mappings, process handoffs, event sequencing, acknowledge-ments, retries, reconciliation, monitoring, and support ownership.

•Govern local L2C data scope, ownership, cleansing, mapping, migration, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, issue remediation, and business and finance sign-off.

•Partner with the Deployment Test Manager to define and govern unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, production-validation, and smoke-test coverage.

•Ensure complete business journeys are tested across functional workstreams, interfaces, converted data, user roles, controls, reports, and financial outcomes.

•Own cross-workstream defect governance and structured root-cause analysis; drive containment, reme-diation, transport, data correction, retesting, regression, reconciliation, and closure.

•Coordinate business readiness, OCM, training, process documentation, super-user coverage, access, operating procedures, support readiness, and go-live sign-offs.

•Create and govern the integrated L2C cutover plan, including data conversion, pricing and product activa-tion, order and billing cutoffs, interfaces, access, validation, reconciliation, and contingency actions.

•Lead mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, go/no-go readiness assessments, command-center execution, high-impact issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

•Lead hypercare stabilization and transition open defects, procedures, monitoring, documentation, risks, and ownership to steady-state support.

•Produce the L2C deployment closeout, residual-risk summary, lessons learned, stabilization evidence, and transition report.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 a year
