SAP S/4HANA aATP Lead Consultant - Charlotte, NC | TCS Job

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 8+ years of SAP SD/Order-to-Cash experience with 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP implementation experience.

• Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, high-tech, or distribution environments.

• Hands-on configuration of Product Availability Check, Product Allocation, Backorder Processing, Supply Protection, Alternative-Based Confirmation, Business Process Scheduling, Release for Delivery, and Supply Creation Based Confirmation.

• Strong order fulfillment expertise covering sales orders, availability checking, delivery processing, ATP strategy, inventory allocation, demand prioritization, and supply chain planning integration.

• Integration knowledge across SAP SD, MM, PP, and EWM; exposure to SAP IBP, GTS, and MDG is preferred.

• Experience configuring and using SAP Fiori applications for aATP execution, simulation, monitoring, and exception management.

• Ability to prepare functional specifications and support enhancements, interfaces, testing, data readiness, cutover, and production stabilization.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile or SAFe delivery methods is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard and ATP strategy workshops with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT stakeholders.

• Design and configure Product Allocation models using allocation objects, sequences, consumption rules, characteristics, time buckets, and business priorities.

• Design Supply Protection strategies using horizontal, vertical, time-based, and restricted-consumption approaches for strategic customers and constrained supply.

• Configure Backorder Processing segments and variants using Win, Gain, Redistribute, Fill, and Lose confirmation strategies; schedule, simulate, monitor, and tune BOP runs.

• Configure Product Availability Check, Alternative-Based Confirmation, substitute plants, product substitutions, multi-plant sourcing, Business Process Scheduling, and Release for Delivery.

• Define end-to-end order fulfillment scenarios and ensure integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, and related planning or compliance applications.

• Prepare solution designs, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, traceability, and business process documentation.

• Plan and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare support.

• Analyze confirmation, allocation, sourcing, scheduling, and performance issues; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate cross-functional resolution.

• Configure and support relevant SAP Fiori applications, background jobs, monitoring, reporting, and operational controls.

• Review solution and configuration deliverables, guide onshore and offshore teams, and mentor junior consultants.

• Protect global-template integrity while supporting approved local requirements and scalable deployment practices.

• Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and coordinate cross-functional SAP delivery activities.

• Ability to review designs and configuration deliverab les, drive decisions, and maintain accountability without direct authority.

• Experience mentoring consultants and supporting business process transformation initiatives.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $185,000 a year
