Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, .NET, or comparable enterprise technologies
  • API, microservices, cloud, and distributed-system development
  • Automated testing, CI/CD, source control, and code-quality practices
  • Secure coding, observability, performance, and production support
  • Experience with Agile product engineering teams
  • Retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated platform experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement maintainable software aligned with product and architecture requirements.
  • Build APIs, services, integrations, and user-facing capabilities as applicable.
  • Create unit, integration, and automated tests and participate in code reviews.
  • Apply security, privacy, performance, reliability, and accessibility standards.
  • Use logs, metrics, traces, and production insights to improve system health.
  • Troubleshoot defects and incidents and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Contribute to technical design, estimation, documentation, and engineering standards.
