Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong Elasticsearch administration experience.
- Search performance tuning, indexing, and lifecycle management.
- Backup, recovery, replication, and high-availability architectures.
- Monitoring and observability tools (Kibana or similar).
- Cloud infrastructure and distributed systems experience.
- SSO, RBAC, and audit logging.
- Automation using REST APIs, JSON, Shell scripting, and Python.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer, upgrade, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity.
- Optimize search performance, indexing, and system reliability.
- Manage backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
- Implement security, access control, and compliance standards.
- Support data ingestion, indexing, and operational troubleshooting.
- Create monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation.
- Provide advanced production support and incident resolution.
