Role Title(s)            Project Manager

The Role

The Project Management Lead will support the planning, governance, coordination and execution of Executive Insights Command Centre initiatives for the USLI region. The role will drive operational discipline, stakeholder engagement, reporting governance and leadership enablement to ensure the timely delivery of executive insights and business priorities. The successful candidate will combine strong project management capability, commercial awareness and effective communication across a global stakeholder environment.

The position is designed for a proactive and commercially astute individual who thrives in a high-impact environment, blending analytical depth with leadership accountability. Someone who co-owns the delivery of priorities.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Planning

• Partner with Business Line Leader to execute segment strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and market priorities.
• Share ownership in managing and tracking progress of various strategy execution projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
• Support the translation of strategic priorities and reporting requirements into structured initiatives, workplans and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating cadences, RACI matrices, project plans, trackers, risk and issue logs, and action registers.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes and mitigation actions across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across Markets, Service Lines, Global Analytics, Operations and reporting teams.
• Drive timely follow-up and transparent reporting against agreed priorities and commitments.

Leadership Enablement & Communication

• Enable leadership through preparation of board packs, pursuit reviews, external engagement prep, and issue resolution.
• Co-lead strategic discussions and communications by managing board meetings, internal correspondence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor business KPIs, reporting service levels and operational performance measures.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish reporting standards, baselines, targets and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, standardization and automation opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with USLI leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as a central coordination point between business users, analytics teams and Power BI developers.
• Gather, clarify and prioritize stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

• Consultative – demonstrate ability to approach problems and/or projects through effective question/answer techniques to identify needs/issues/desired outcomes and propose solutions to meet needs/issues/desired outcomes
• Risk management – Identify potential risks and create a mitigation plan
• Emotional Intelligence – demonstrate understanding of different working/personality styles and appreciation of the need to flex approach and message to effectively engage
• Project Management – experience building, and managing project plans with the ability to navigate challenges to achieve desired project outcomes
• Presentation/ Strategic Analysis – experience building .ppt presentations or discussion documents to explain a strategy, process, or relationship history; experienced in analyzing and leveraging insights to influence and co-develop strategy for business growth.
• Communication – Demonstrate effective communication at all levels of the organization. Understand the nuances, ability to listen effectively, and have a global mindset to operate effectively across borders
• Networking –strategically cultivating relationships across EY functions and Industry/Business development (BD) team by leveraging mutual interest and common goals for exchanging valuable insights and influencing actions to achieve account goals.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 12+ years of work experience
• A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
• Relevant experience in project or program management, business operations, strategy execution, executive reporting or leadership enablement at a level appropriate for a Supervising Associate role.
• Experience working in EY, a Big 4 organization, professional services or a comparable global matrix environment is preferred.
• Exposure to Markets reporting, performance management, governance and stakeholder-facing delivery is preferred.
• Exposure to tools like PowerBi, Microsoft 365 Products, Apps, and Services including Copilot
