Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Java application development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading Java application development teams.
• 3+ years of ReactJS UI development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Java, J2EE
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• REST APIs, Microservices Architecture
• ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and application security.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Leadership

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS technologies.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Build responsive and modern user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
