Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP on S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 application development and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Strong experience with OData Services, CDS Views, AMDP, Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits and the RAP model.
• Proven WRICEF development experience covering Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
• Hands-on development of interfaces using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Proxy, Web Services and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA data model and custom development standards.
• Experience with Adobe Forms, SmartForms and SAPScripts.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, SQL optimization and code remediation.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Mock Cutovers and Hypercare activities.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services, Fiori Launchpad configuration and security concepts.
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation; Brownfield or Greenfield deployment experience preferred.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Agriculture, Commodity Trading, Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop and implement SAP S/4HANA ABAP solutions supporting the CM deployment program.
• Develop and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain OData services, CDS Views and integration objects.
• Prepare technical design specifications, development estimates and unit test documentation.
• Participate in Fit-Gap workshops and solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse processes.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with TCS and client development standards.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, mock cutover, production cutover and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom developments and interfaces.
• Coordinate with onsite business stakeholders and offshore development teams.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and S/4HANA innovation adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior SAP developers.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 a year
