- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in AI, automation, or enterprise technology, with proven leadership in delivering automation and AI programs or products.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Python, low-code/no-code platforms, and enterprise technologies such as Azure AI, AWS AI Services, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities, build business cases, define transformation roadmaps, and engage with business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to identify the functional and non-functional requirements of a custom AI platform and collaborate with architects and developers to define the scope, plan the work, and drive it to completion.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive and non-technical audiences. ;
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 a year
