Roles & Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.
•Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
•Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
•Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Full Stack Development
•Develop backend services using:
oJava 11+/17
oSpring Boot
oMicroservices
oREST APIs
oKafka/Messaging systems
•Develop frontend applications using:
oAngular / React
oJavaScript / TypeScript
oHTML5, CSS3
•Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Architecture & Solution Design
•Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
•Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks.
•Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals.
•Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
Project & Delivery Management
•Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
•Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks.
•Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers.
•Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Quality & Governance
•Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
•Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
•Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met.
•Monitor production issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
