Roles & Responsibilities
•Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire Policy Center, Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
•Min 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholders
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.
•Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams.
•Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutions
•Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.
•Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. Validate business requirements against implemented solutions. Work with QA teams to resolve defects and production issues
•Expert in JIRA, JWM
Base Salary Range : $93,700 to $120,000 Per Annum
