The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to support the Workforce Strategy and Design team in advancing the firm’s workforce evolution agenda. This individual will contribute to the development of strategic workforce initiatives, organization and role design efforts, and cross-functional analyses that help the firm better define, structure, and deploy talent in line with changing business needs.
This role will work across both strategic priorities to help shape future workforce models, support organizational design activities, synthesize data and insights, and coordinate deliverables that inform leadership decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members across talent, business, and transformation functions to support a more integrated and future-focused approach to workforce planning and design.
What You’ll Do
Support team strategy priorities
- Contribute to the development of materials, analyses, and recommendations that support enterprise workforce priorities
- Support role design, organization structure analysis, career architecture, and related design activities that help define how work and talent should be organized
- Act as a thought partner to the Workforce Strategy and Design Assistant Director to challenge assumptions, surface risks, and enable innovative thinking
- Build relationships across the Digital Talent and Transformation Office to enable effective coordination across all Office efforts
Drive analysis and deliverables
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, inform hypotheses, and support recommendations for leadership and project teams
- Create clear, structured materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and working documents to support team priorities and stakeholder discussions
- Maintain a strong eye for detail to deliver high-quality materials and build trust with stakeholders
Project management
- Help manage workstream actions, follow-ups, and milestones across multiple stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward effectively
- Prepare content and inputs for meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums by distilling complex information into actionable takeaways
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organization design, talent transformation, consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
- Experience developing presentations, summaries, and project materials for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Comfort working across ambiguity and contributing to evolving strategic priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in the future of work, workforce transformation, and evolving talent models

- Develop actionable insights that support innovative thinking and delivery
