  • Act as a thought partner to the Workforce Strategy and Design Assistant Director to challenge assumptions, surface risks, and enable innovative thinking
  • Build relationships across the Digital Talent and Transformation Office to enable effective coordination across all Office efforts

Drive analysis and deliverables

  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends, inform hypotheses, and support recommendations for leadership and project teams
  • Create clear, structured materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and working documents to support team priorities and stakeholder discussions
  • Maintain a strong eye for detail to deliver high-quality materials and build trust with stakeholders

Project management

  • Help manage workstream actions, follow-ups, and milestones across multiple stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward effectively
  • Prepare content and inputs for meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums by distilling complex information into actionable takeaways

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organization design, talent transformation, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
  • Experience developing presentations, summaries, and project materials for diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Comfort working across ambiguity and contributing to evolving strategic priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in the future of work, workforce transformation, and evolving talent models

Key Skills

  • Proactive and dependable, with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and eager to learn from cross-functional partners
  • Structured thinker who can translate complexity into clarity
  • Adaptable and comfortable supporting evolving priorities
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
