Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer/Architect
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Certification (preferred for cloud-based projects)
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and support
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and support
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes)
- Deep knowledge of access governance, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience with application onboarding, connectors (LDAP, AD, SAP, DB, Web Services, etc.)
- Proficiency in workflow customization, rules (Beanshell/Java), and debugging
- Hands-on experience with policy violations, SoD (Segregation of Duties), and remediation
- Strong understanding of provisioning/deprovisioning lifecycle and troubleshooting failures
- Experience in custom reports, audit compliance, and certifications (Manager/User/Application Owner)
- Knowledge of SailPoint APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and third-party integrations
- Exposure to identity governance in cloud environments (Azure AD, AWS, SaaS applications)
- Experience with performance tuning, patching, and upgrades
- Good working knowledge of databases (SQL) and application servers (Tomcat/WebLogic)
