-Pure Presales and individual contributor role to support presales solutioning, architecture design, and estimation for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
-Require deep SAP Basis expertise, strong technical thought leadership, and proven experience in large-scale SAP program management, particularly in manufacturing environments
-Lead SAP Basis-led presales solutioning including architecture definition, technical proposals, and effort estimation
-Define end-to-end SAP system architecture including landscape design (DEV, QA, PROD) and transport strategies
-Architect S/4HANA platform strategies across on-premises, cloud, RISE with SAP, and hyperscale’s
-Provide expertise in SAP Basis areas including installations, upgrades, kernel management, and lifecycle management
-Design high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and scalability architectures
-Define performance optimization, system sizing, and capacity planning strategies
-Lead technical due diligence and system landscape assessments
-Architect migration and upgrade approaches ensuring strong Basis governance
-Define security, roles, and compliance alignment with SAP security teams
-Develop integration and interface architecture strategies
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end technical solutions
-Develop complexity-based estimation models for Basis activities
-Create client-facing deliverables (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
-Present technical solutions with focus on value and risk mitigation
-Stay current on SAP Basis innovations and S/4HANA roadmap
Qualifications:
-13+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in presales or solutioning
-Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration and architecture
-Strong experience in S/4HANA system architecture, upgrades, and lifecycle management
-Experience in HA/DR setup, system sizing, and performance tuning
-Exposure to cloud platforms and RISE with SAP
-Strong understanding of integration architecture and transport management
-Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
-High rigor and flexibility in presales environment
-Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
-Experience with automation tools such as LaMa, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM
-Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in Big 4, SAP Partner, or large SI organizations
-Manufacturing industry experience required
Salary Range: $153,400 - $207,500 a year
