Core Networking
•TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN,

OT Awareness (Good to Have)
•Basic understanding of:
oIT/OT segmentation
oIndustrial environments
oOT security concepts
Roles & Responsibilities
•Act as the primary SME for all IT network related incidents.
•Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution independently
•Handle high-severity and production-impacting incidents with full ownership.
•Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
•Manage and support Enterprise IT Network:
oCisco LAN (Catalyst switches – L2/L3)
oWireless (WLC, Access Points, RF troubleshooting)
oFirewalls (Cisco Firepower / ASA or equivalent)
oCisco DNA Center (DNAC) – monitoring, assurance, compliance
oCisco ISE – authentication, NAC, policy enforcement
oProactively identify and fix network health and performance issues.
oWork closely with onsite OT/network plant teams for:
•Plant network dependencies
•Industrial connectivity issues
•Change coordination impacting production
oProvide IT-side inputs for IT/OT segmentation and security.
oPerform OT Network troubleshooting
oExecute Network changes (configurations, upgrades, patching)
oPerform New deployments and site expansions
oEnsure Proper risk assessment and rollback planning
oChanges executed during approved windows
oManage EOL/EOS tracking and remediation.
oImplement and maintain Network segmentation
oFirewall policies and secure access controls
oVulnerability remediation and patching
oSecurity incident investigation
oCoordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, firewall vendors)
oCreate, Update and Maintain Network diagrams and configurations
oIP address management
oCreate, Update and Maintain SOPs/runbooks
oEnsure accurate ITSM updates and audit compliance.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
•Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently is critical
•Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
•Ability to handle production-critical situations under pressure
•Clear communication with IT, OT, and business stakeholders
•High discipline in documentation and change processes
Base Salary Range : $85,000 to $95,000 Per Annum
