Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
●5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects
●Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC
●Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria
●Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts
●Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
●Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
●Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
●Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
●Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
●Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
●Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
●Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
