What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and coordinate transport and logistics activities for our customers.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution across the supply chain.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving operational inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for our customers' success.
• Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy in operational systems.
• Identify and proactively resolve shipment disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or customer service.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
