Technical Skills
* Java/J2EE fundamentals.
* REST and SOAP Web Services.
* XML, JSON, XSD.
* SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
* Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or similar version control tools.
* CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
* Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
Functional
•Guidewire PolicyCenter Certified Professional/Developer.
•Experience with InsuranceSuite upgrades and cloud implementations.
•Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines Insurance.
•Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
•Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities.
•Analyze business requirements and provide technical design solutions.
•Configure and customize PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, Rules, Workflows, and Product Model.
•Design and develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP web services, messaging, and batch processes.
•Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.
•Support release planning, deployment activities, and production issue resolution.
•Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
•Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
•Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend solutions.
Salary Range- $120,000-$160,000 a year
