Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
SQL, Manufacturing domain experience, MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2017/19,
Roles & Responsibilities
oSupport and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
oDesign and Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019.
oProviding support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
oRaising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
oCollaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES
oPerform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
oProviding resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
oContribute in Process Improvement activities
Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
