Roles & Responsibilities
oDeskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
oProvided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
oRemote support & troubleshooting of end user issues
oWindows OS, MacBook support
oZscaler troubleshooting
oThe Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
oShould be able to understand business, technical requirements, and provide solution, design and implementation approach for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10
oMust have prior experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM hierarchy
oMust have prior experience of Design and Implement migration to SCCM from other tools
