System Compatibility and Integration Technical Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled System Compatibility and Integration Technical Program Manager candidates to drive System Compatibility/Integration for full system mobile workstation products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile workstation system compatibility.

• Lead and manage system Hardware & Software Compatibility testing with ODM partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendor/ODM partners for project resource planning, issue troubleshooting, and risk mitigation.

• Provide and coordinate appropriate guidance and training for internal and partner engineering teams, to maintain or improve the existing quality level of mobile workstation products.

• Manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables in both Mandarin and English. 

Education & Experience Recommended

• Typically 6+ years of experience in R&D, technical program management, or related technical roles.

• Preferred background in an engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of HP internal engineering and development processes across products or functions (product domain experience not limited).

• Strong communication and interaction skill with internal teams and external partners is a must, with fluent verbal and writing ability in English and Chinese.
