Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•Hands-on with:
oRouting: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN
oSwitching: VLANs, STP, VPC, QoS
oFirewalls & NAC
oF5 LTM/GTM
oWireless Controllers & APs
oInfoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
•Network Tools and technologies
oCisco Checkpoint, Cisco Prime, Infoblox, ARISTA, Zscaler, riverbed
•Experience with tools:
oServiceNow, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Spectrum, Exinda, Extrahop, riverbed
Exposure to automation (runbooks, orchestration)
Key Responsibilities
•Act as technical SME and escalation point for L2/L3 issues
•Lead incident, change, and problem management activities
•Perform:
oNetwork troubleshooting (L2/L3 across LAN/WAN/WLAN)
oFirewall/VPN/Load balancer support
•Support design validation and architecture recommendations
•Manage:
oVendor/OEM coordination (ISP, Telco, OEMs)
oCritical incidents and bridge calls
•Ensure:
oSLA adherence and service availability targets (~99.99%)
oCompliance with customer network/security standards
Drive automation opportunities and efficiency improvements
Salary Range: $110,000- $140,000 a year
