Hardware repair of Laptops(HP & Lenovo)Strong Experience on Office 365 application troubleshooting and licensing model
Imaging of laptops to the standard image available.
Setting up equipment as per Boston Scientific policy.Advanced OS/software troubleshooting that cannot be resolved over the phone.
Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues related to ZScaler on desktops and Laptops.
Setup and install new equipment throughout the office(s), move existing equipment when necessary.
Troubleshoot, Install and uninstall software(s) when necessary.
Install/Set-up workstations for new employees.
Keeps server room, storerooms and work area in an orderly manner.
Enter data into systems to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of capabilities and requirements for processes and systems.
Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000 a year
