The Arden learning journey commences with an engaging Pre-School program for three and four-year-old girls and boys. Our program offers young children the ideal environment to prepare for more formal schooling. Our Pre-School is licensed to cater for a maximum of 25 children per day and operates between 8.30 am and 2.45 pm. We have three full-time staff on duty each day. In general, children who are three years old by 1 February attend on Thursdays and Fridays while children who are four years old by 1 February make up the older group and attend on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

At Arden, each child in our care is recognized for their unique gifts and is treated as an exceptional individual. Our Pre-School curriculum is an exciting first step as we encourage children to become lifelong learners. We provide a Christian, nurturing, and educational environment for children to prepare them for the future. Our Pre-School curriculum is developmentally appropriate and based on the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Learning in the Primary School is focused on the provision of exceptional teaching in literacy and numeracy to foster each student’s proficiency in these areas. Student learning is enriched and broadened through our science, Human Society and Its Environment (HSIE), music, languages, art, library, computing, and physical education programs. Our original Christian context means students are also encouraged to grow in their knowledge of the Bible and in exploring or developing the Christian faith. Arden follows secondary school curriculum set by the NSW Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards from Year 7 to Year 12. The curriculum initially allows for a breadth of experience and then for a higher concentration on a student’s passions.
