We believe in the complete nurturing of our students to develop them to their fullest intellectual, social, emotional, and physical potential. As all students do not possess equal ability in all fields, we take that into account and our instructional program is planned accordingly. We believe in giving an equal opportunity for education to all by their personal, physical, and social needs.

BSM was established to give quality education of international standard to the expatriate Bangladeshi community children residing in the Sultanate of Oman but admissions are open for the children of other nationalities as well (conditions apply) residing in the Sultanate of Oman in an international environment. The school has the following aims:

• To produce a future generation of good citizens with high moral and ethical values along with high academic achievements.
• Practical and personal skills in modern technology, art, and music, physical education, sports and games, adventurous activities.
• Leadership qualities, with excellent command over English beside Bengali.
• Scope for learning other languages.
• Developing a strong sense of responsibility towards their community, their country, and mankind as a whole.
• Promote a friendly and healthy relationship among students, staff, and parents.
• To help students realize the importance of their physical well-being.
• Create an opportunity for developing self-discipline, self-respect, and respecting others.

The field of education faces unprecedented challenges in the modern world. Irrespective of the academic or non-academic nature of the challenges, it is undisputedly agreed by educationists that it is only through proactive methods and a visionary mind that we could rectify these issues. The most beautiful period of a child’s life should not be marred by obsolete teaching methods. Our schools are pledged to implement and encourage learner-centered teaching methods.

The school, which runs on three divisions, Primary, Middle, and Senior- emphasizes the overall development of children with very high moral and ethical values. A very strong sense of responsibility is inculcated in them towards themselves, society, and their motherland. Discipline plays an important role here. It helps the children to develop a strong character. Along with academics, the children are continuously encouraged to participate in various inter as well as intra sports and cultural activities throughout the year. Many a time, these children shine bright and bring glory to the school.
