Morrison Academy Kaohsiung (MAK) We are a Christian International school (K-12) that actively pursues excellence in all areas of education. At MAK, our entire staff is committed to providing a well-balanced approach to education for students in a loving and nurturing environment. We aim to accomplish this by providing opportunities to learn and experience music, sports, art, and technology, as well as challenging academic courses.

For those families looking for a quality American Christian school in the Kaohsiung or Tainan area, we welcome you to contact us to find out more about what our school can offer your child. Our school is jointly accredited by the agencies WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). The purpose of Morrison Academy is to meet the educational needs of the children of missionaries throughout Taiwan.

The vision of Morrison Academy is that every student will experience a quality, biblically integrated education so that each one will be equipped to impact the world dynamically for Christ. The members of this corporation adhere to the following beliefs:

  • The divine inspiration and consequent authority of the whole canonical Scriptures.
  • The doctrine of the Trinity.
  • The doctrine of the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
  • The fall of man, his consequent moral depravity, and his need for regeneration.
  • The atonement through the substitutionary death of Christ.
  • The doctrine of justification by faith.
  • The present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
  • The resurrection of the body, both in the case of the just and the unjust.

The eternal life of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.
