At MIS, our school facility is responsive to the changing programs of educational delivery and provides the best facilities possible. To encourage correct learning and socializing, our facility is comfortable, safe, secure, accessible, well illuminated, well-ventilated, and aesthetically pleasing. In our growing school, our facilities will constantly grow to keep up with the needs of our pupils.

Vision Merryland International School vision is to empower pupils to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long learners, to participate in and contribute to the global world and practice the core values of the school: Respect, Tolerance, Inclusion, and Excellence.

mission Merryland International School, our goal is to equip our young people with the skills and mindset to thrive and then take on the world. To educate all pupils to the highest levels of academic achievements, to enable them to reach and expand their potential, and to prepare them to become productive, responsible, ethical, creative, and compassionate members of society.

Our well-equipped medical center is available within the school to provide basic health care for our pupils. We make every effort to promote good hygiene and ensure the wellness of our pupils.

Our school is fortunate to have two separate computer labs. Pupils have the opportunity to visit our computer lab with their classroom each week. Pupils practice typing, digital media projects and participate in supplemental Literacy and Mathematics programs in the computer lab. There are many programs and digital learning activities that pupils may access from home. Our PCs accommodate the teaching of both ICT and Computing to IGCSE and A level standards.

Our science labs are supplied with state-of-the-art technology that will help our pupils to learn as much as possible without limits. We have four fully equipped laboratories to encourage our pupils to transfer the experience to other learning situations!

We have a library and media center that is getting more full with new books every day. It is a place where pupils and staff have access to a variety of resources to assist with their learning. It creates a peaceful and comfortable environment for our pupils to develop the habit of silent reading and developing problem-solving attitudes.

Our classrooms provide an attractive and inclusive educational environment for our pupils. As we all know, the classroom environment is a second teacher for any pupil and this place is where they will learn the various skills deemed necessary and proper for our pupils to achieve success in the global society.

Swimming is an important life skill, MIS believes in the multiple benefits of physical education. We offer sporting engagement at all levels to help develop not only our pupils’ physical development but also their teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. We are lucky to have a Half Olympic heated swimming pool which provides a safe place for swimming lessons as well as the introduction of competitive swimming.
