It has been a dream for more than 25 years to establish a school preserving the best in all human achievement, and developing a community of highly cultured individuals who seek goodness in all humankind. Here Leaders is committed to empowering young people to explore the best in themselves and the world around them. The aim is to help them become lifelong learners and problem solvers who learn to balance both mental and physical challenges.
Although the tides of change have swept over our school, certain things around here, deep in our hearts and will never change, like our vision and values. We recognize that deep faith is a path to justice, empathy, and kindness, following the Prophet’s (PBUH) example in dealing with children and dealing with behavior. Thus, the school will foster a deep appreciation of morals, as man’s best expression of himself, showing the kids how to follow him (PBUH) through Character Building and Trust Building Activities.
Through this concept, we will give all our students the skill they will need to be successful. We will dedicate ourselves to the goal of educational excellence, and aim to work as a team with our staff and families.
Leaders College for Educational Services is a company that was established to offer the community different educational services. A few years back, Leaders College had launched, “Leaders Language School” which successfully preserves the best in human achievement, and is developing a community of highly cultured individuals who seek goodness in all humankind. Today, Leaders College is launching its new International School “Leaders International College” which chose to pursue the IB Programme.
The curriculum provides both academic stimulation and a wide variety of educational experiences beyond the classroom. We are committed to teaching the International Baccalaureate program from Early Childhood to Grade 12. Our educational practices flow from this integrated, inquiry-based program.
Diversity is essential to our mission. According to the principles stated in the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, people of all races, nations, and religions should respect and honor each other. We teach our students to understand and respect the views, values, and traditions of other individuals within the school community. Learning takes place best in an environment that promotes care and concern for the welfare of others. All members of the school community are encouraged to pursue excellence and are recognized for their achievements. All people within the school community – staff, parents, administration, and supervisory board – continue to learn alongside the students we teach. Students develop both intellectual and social skills to become critical and creative thinkers, achieve their personal best, and mature into responsible adults.
Leaders International College will enable its students to realize their full potential by providing a distinguished and comprehensive educational curriculum within a consistent, challenging learning environment in which core values and beliefs are cherished and differences are respected. Our students will be lifelong learners and confident leaders in society demonstrating open-mindedness and tolerance. LIC provides a safe and caring environment and an atmosphere where parents, teachers, and community members are actively involved in the student’s learning.
LIC empowers its students to become well-versed, articulate, confident, and capable global citizens of the 21st century, guided in all paths of life by a strong sense of identity, taking pride in their culture, and maintaining the courage to act upon their beliefs. We are dedicated to the advancement of our students, personally, socially, and morally to enable them to apply their talents to all aspects of life and to see them grow into exceptional members of society.
