Building on Business and Enterprise, we seek to raise aspirations, generate opportunities and promote a ‘can-do attitude. Students are encouraged to develop independent learning skills that will benefit them when they progress to our thriving Sixth Form and if they go on to University.
St. Anne's Catholic High School for Girls was founded by and is part of the Catholic Church. The school is conducted as a Catholic school following the Canon Law and the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church and by the Trust Deed of the Archdiocese of Westminster.
St. Anne's Catholic High School for Girls will offer a positive presence in Enfield with a comprehensive curriculum delivered in modern facilities, equipping students with the ability to meet the challenges of the 21st Century confidently, and with high spiritual and moral standards.
We recognize that students, parents, staff, and governors make up the school's community which will continually self-evaluate to improve itself effectively and efficiently in all aspects of its growth.
Our Mission Statement is explicit in articulating the need for all members of our school community to respect the views of those from particular faith backgrounds and those from none. In RE students are taught about other faiths and include learning relating to the religious practices and traditions of other belief systems. There are many non-Catholic members of staff and students who play a full part in the liturgical life of the school including leading assemblies.
At St. Anne’s Catholic High School for Girls, the formal curriculum, as well as the ethos that permeates the school, plays a significant role in giving pupils an insight into the lives, beliefs experiences, and traditions of others.
