Ysgol Maes Y Morfa Primary School. This school is great and if you need help with any of your work or you're finding it difficult the teachers will support you. They will always help you out with anything that you find hard. Come and meet The Little Motivators, we worked with Mrs. Jones our Headteacher to create the values which help us with understanding how to value each other and ourselves. They are awesome!!!!
After school clubs are brilliant and we have lots of fun. Don't get a red card or you will have to go to Mr. Gravell or even worse Mrs. Jones. BELIEVE, ACHIEVE, SUCCEED is our school motto and that is what we do. On Friday in reward assembly, we show how we achieved all week. The song 'Eye of Tiger' plays as we come in and we all feel proud and excited about what we have done. Our prizes and certificates are for keeping up with our work, trying hard, being creative and independent, being in school and aiming for the best we can be.!!!!
We have an outside court for the older children to play football, basketball, and netball. The year 6's have made a rota to keep us all safe when we play. The subjects we do in school are Literacy, Mathematics, ICT, P.E, Welsh, Science, and Art plus loads more. All the subjects we do are amazing and this is the right school to put your son\daughter in, to get a great education. We have Art as therapy and nurture groups to support us in how we feel and to support us with making the right choices. If you are upset you can go to the art room and calm down. You can have lots of support in the CHATT room and RAINBOW group if you are upset and think about what you can do next.
