The University of Applied Sciences Europe: Iserlohn, Berlin, Hamburg educates the designers and decision-makers of tomorrow in the four faculties of Business, Psychology, Media, Sport, and Design. It came into existence in 2017 after BTK University of Art & Design and BiTS University of Business Leadership.

The synergy of creativity, entrepreneurial digital thinking, and internationality mutually enriches the faculties and leads to new perspectives in teaching and research, meeting the job market's needs in the 4.0 era.

At our university, you complete a globally oriented program that offers far more than a semester abroad and foreign language courses. Even on your campus in Germany, you are globally connected through international projects, innovative digital learning formats (for example, cross-border lectures), or direct exchanges with your international fellow students from over 90 countries on our three campuses. Our lecturers have access to the newest teaching content and research from our university network, thus keeping you up to date in your given field.

With our Professional Competence Certificate (PCC) and project-based programs, we promote vital skills such as entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, leadership skills, teamwork, social responsibility, and communication, which have been identified as necessary in collaboration with successful companies worldwide. The PCC allows you to present your development and extracurricular accomplishments in a compact format and emphasize your professional qualities in applications.

Also, we promote individual personality development: Students are encouraged to realize projects on their initiative in student initiatives or to engage in extracurricular activities. They are awarded a special certificate and their degree, which describes their development in core skills. This is another opportunity for students and graduates to differentiate themselves from other applicants in their job search.

The University of Applied Sciences Europe offers 16 Bachelor's and 8 Master's degrees and three dual Bachelor's degrees, and an online MBA program. The university is accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities, and the programs are accredited by FIBAA and the Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (ZevA).
