Founded in Barcelona in 1957, EADA was set up in 1985 as a private university foundation engaging in training, applied research, and knowledge transfer to the business world and society in an international context. The primary focus of EADA Business School is steeped in the professional development of business executives, applied research, and the transfer of knowledge and talent to the business community. EADA is a business school with a unique background. It is an ideologically and financially independent institution. Its raison d’être and existence stem from a group of professionals' desire to offer excellent society training.
Our presence in The Financial Times Rankings and the Accreditations granted to us by independent, international organizations (EQUIS, AMBA) recognize our experience's quality and depth. Also, EADA is a member of the most prestigious associations and organizations in the sector.
As an organization, we consider that maximum business efficiency must go hand-in-hand with the principles of social responsibility and the defense of global sustainability in all our training programs.
Its global vision defines EADA and its belief in equality, independence, personal development, and academic excellence. The people involved with EADA during the institution's more than 50 years of history have changed, but our values have remained firmly at the heart of everything we do. EADA's status as a private, non-profit foundation, governed by a Trust, ensures our continuity and sustainability.
Our mission is to impact the personal and professional development of business leaders and that of businesses and organizations who contribute to a more just and equal society. EADA's sustainability report features its CSR strategy in education initiatives and its CSR actions as a university foundation.
The publication of the report ratifies the business school's commitment to transparency and socially responsible initiatives and its compliance with the Ten Principles of the Global Compact. These are ten universally accepted principles aimed to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in human rights, labor regulations, the environment, the fight against corruption, and business strategy in the company.
We are dedicated to the formation and development of people and their professional development. Thousands of participants have entrusted us with their training, demonstrating that EADA is one of Europe's most innovative and prestigious business schools. EADA has trained participants from all over the world with a global vision, but close to the local community's needs.
