    Vineyard Lutheran School, Clare, commenced operation in 2001 in the hall at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Sabine Street Clare. Student enrollment was 27, and five staff members included Carl Petering, the founding principal. During this time, the school council and school community worked hard to find suitable land, and the current permanent site at 59 Main North Road Clare was officially purchased.
