Hills College is an extraordinary place. A small school with a maximum of 650 students enrolled across the 13-year levels from Prep to Year 12; there is a real 'community' feeling with a high level of interaction between teachers and parents. We encourage our students to achieve their personal best.

Hills College's strategic planning is centered around the goals set by the College mission. Hills College aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and resilient young people who achieve their potential within a school environment encouraging intercultural understanding and respect.

To achieve this, Hills College curriculum is rigorous and relevant to the 21st-century learner, embracing research-based principles and using interactive and collaborative technologies that together form a practical framework to maximize learning opportunities for every student enrolled in our college, with a diverse range of pathways for its graduates. Most notable amongst the school's recent achievements have been continued excellent results in NAPLAN and OP data and the proud history of 100% of eligible graduating Year 12 students being offered placement at University every year over the past three years.

Hills College offers a well-rounded educational opportunity for students of all capabilities, from Prep to Year 12, to be true to our motto of 'Educating Global Citizens.' The Primary School is a 'World School' offering an internationally recognized program to support the Australian curriculum. Secondary School students are provided with pathway options in the Senior Phase of Learning, with most students opting for an OP pathway. Students can also investigate other options – in particular, The Diploma of Childcare can be studied on-site at The Hills Early Learning Centre, with successful completion of the Diploma gaining students Tertiary Ranking equivalency of an OP 9.

Girls and Boys Dormitories cater to students whose families live further afield and is a good base for the Australian and International students enrolled in the Golfing Excellence program. Students enrolled at Hills Golf Academy complete their studies at Hills College while gaining professional tuition from the Academy's Golf Professionals while completing a Certificate II in Sport and Recreation.
