We aim to equip students with high standards and integrity, preparing them for adulthood – ensuring they set out as productive citizens confident in their faith and future, confident in their faith and salvation. We recognize the importance of self-esteem, humility, and a loving and caring attitude for neighbors and fellow citizens.
Eastside Lutheran College, situated in a magnificent bush setting, provides a safe and happy environment where students can excel. Small enrolment and class sizes ranging from around 10-20 students allows for individual care of the highest levels. Highly experienced, skilled, and dedicated staff provides learning opportunities for the very highest standards. Problem-solving is infused throughout the curriculum through rich, open-ended tasks. Engagement is central, and activity is a focus. The environment is characterized by the support and respect that all participants give to one another. Parents, staff, the College Board, and the wider community take joint responsibility for meeting goals, and one another’s efforts are valued. Continuous learning and participation by children, staff, and parents are strongly supported. Teamwork contributes towards excellent outcomes through a carefully planned and articulated yet flexible program that caters to individual needs. High standards are fostered.
